These gluten-free banana buns tastes so great as they are and even better with butter and maybe some chocolate on top.
Gluten-free banana buns with almond flour
1 ripe banana
50 g almond flour (or finely blended almonds)
50 g raisins
15 g HUSK
1 tsk baking powder
2 g poppy seeds
12 g flax seeds
1/2 tsp salt
In a bowl mash the banana and add the egg and the other ingredients. Stir well. Put the buns on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 15 minutes until golden.
