Here is my recipe.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Blondies<br \/>\n<\/strong>16 servings<\/p>\n<p data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0\"><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1\"><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.3\">200 g butter<\/span><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline5\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.5\">200 g white\u00a0chocolate,\u00a0Ivoire 35% from Valrhona\u00a0<\/span><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline7\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.7\">125 g flour<\/span><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline9\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.9\">3 eggs<\/span><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline11\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.b\">175 g sugar<\/span><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline13\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.d\">1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n<\/span>100 g almonds, chopped<br \/>\n100 g white chocolate, chopped<br \/>\n1\/2 organic orange, zest of<br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline15\/=10\" \/><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline17\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.g\">Preheat the oven to 180 degrees celcius. Melt the butter in a casserolle, add the white chocolate to the melted butter and let it melt to combine. Whisk the flour, eggs, sugar and salt in a bowl until smooth and fluffy. Slowly add the chocolate-butter mixture. Fold in the almonds, white chocolate chunks and orange zest to the batter. Pour the blondie batter into a square cake tin (22 cm x 22 cm) lined with baking paper. Bake for about 30-35 minutes.\u00a0<\/span><br data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline19\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".6.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.i\">The blondies have to rest before getting cutted into squares.
