They will be gone in a second!<br \/>\n<\/em><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.7\"><br \/>\n<strong>Cookies with candied ginger and milk chocolate<\/strong><br \/>\n15 cookies<\/span><\/p>\n<p>100 g butter, softened<br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline9\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.9\">75 brown sugar<br \/>\n<\/span>75 sugar\u00a0<br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline11\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.b\">1 egg\u00a0<\/span><br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline13\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.d\">125 g flour<br \/>\n<\/span>75 g\u00a0oatmeal<br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline15\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.f\">1\/2 tsp baking powder<\/span><br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline17\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.h\">1\/3 tsp salt<\/span><br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline19\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.j\">100 g candied ginger, finely chopped<br \/>\n<\/span>200 g milk chocolate, Jivara 40% from Valrhona\u00a0<br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline21\/=10\" \/><br data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.$newline23\/=10\" \/><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.m\">In a bowl whisk butter, brown sugar and sugar together into a creamy and lighty fluffy consistency. Add the egg. Fold in flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt. Finally add the ginger and milk\u00a0chocolate to the cookie dough. Cover and refrigerate for 1 hour. Preheat the oven to 185 degrees Celsius. Use an ice cream scooper to scoop equal size balls of batter and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper (or just use your hands to form balls). Make sure to leave space around the cookies for spreading.
