Period! It is so easy-peasy to make and tastes divine! Pure bliss. I got the recipe for the cake from my old boss and chef <a href=\"http:\/\/cargocollective.com\/alternu\/About-ALTER\">Carsten Duvander<\/a>, and I am so honored to be able to share with you!<\/em><\/p>\n<p><b><\/b><strong>The best carrot cake in the world<\/strong><br \/>\n10 servings<\/p>\n<p>Carrot cake:<br \/>\n3 eggs<br \/>\n1,5 dl sunflower oil<br \/>\n450 g brown sugar<br \/>\n210\u00a0g plain flour<br \/>\n300 g carrots, grated<br \/>\n1,5 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n2\u00a0tsp powdered cinnamon<br \/>\n2 tsp powdered cloves<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp salt<br \/>\n100 g walnuts (optional)<br \/>\n2 dl raisins (optional)<\/p>\n<p>Cream cheese frosting:<br \/>\n200 g cream cheese<br \/>\n60 g powdered sugar<br \/>\n1\/2 vanilla pod, the seeds<br \/>\n1\/2 organic lemon, the zest<br \/>\n3 tsp of lemon juice<\/p>\n<p>Carrot cake:<br \/>\nIn a bowl mix together all the ingredients. Pour the batter into a round cake tin (22 cm) lined with parchment paper. Put the cake into the oven and then turn on the oven at 180 degress celsius and bake for about 70 minutes. Check with a toothpick if the cake is done. Cool down.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<p>Cream cheese topping:<br \/>\nMix together all the ingredients for the topping.
