Served here with yogurt, pear, toasted sunflower seeds and a rhubarb compote.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Gluten-free banana pancakes with rhubarb compote<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 serving<\/p>\n<p>Banana pancakes:<br \/>\n1 ripe banana, mashed<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n20 g\u00a0buckwheat flour<br \/>\n1 tbsp\u00a0poppyseeds<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp cinnamon<br \/>\nButter for frying<\/p>\n<p>Rhubarb compote:<br \/>\n100 rhubarbs, cut in to slices of 5-7 mm<br \/>\n40 g sugar<br \/>\n1 tbsp\u00a0water<br \/>\n1\/4\u00a0vanilla pod<\/p>\n<p>Banana pancakes:<br \/>\nMix all the ingredients together in a bowl. Fry the pancakes in a pan with butter until golden on each sides.<\/p>\n<p>Rhubarb compote:<br \/>\nBring the ingredients to a boil and let it simmer until a soft and tender consistency.
