Breakfast perfection, in my humble opinion.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Pancakes with greek yogurt<br \/>\n<\/strong>1 serving<\/p>\n<p>65 g\u00a0greek yogurt<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n20 g rice flour (or plain flour)<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1 tsp\u00a0maple syrup<br \/>\nButter for frying<\/p>\n<p>In a bowl mix yogurt and egg, and then add the riceflour, baking powder and maple syrup to combine.\u00a0Fry in butter on a pan until golden on both sides.
