Chocolate-coat them if you like!\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Soft and chewy caramels<\/strong><br \/>\n30 caramels<\/p>\n<p>1 can sweetened condensed milk, 395 g<br \/>\n120 g butter<br \/>\n2 tbsp honey<br \/>\n150 g cane sugar<br \/>\n1 pinch of salt<\/p>\n<p>(chopped almonds, raisins, peanuts, pistachios, you name it\u2026)<\/p>\n<p>In a sauce pan slowly melt all the ingredients together over low heat, until the sugar has completely dissolved. Stir constantly. Then turn up the heat and continue to stir for 10-15 minutes until the caramel has got a darker golden color. At this stage you can add nuts, if you want. Pour the caramel in a container lined with parchment paper and cool down.
