These Rocky Roads with Dulcey 32% blond chocolate from Valrhona, chocolate puffed rice and marshmallows are pure childhood joy.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Rocky Roads med Dulcey<br \/>\n<\/strong>20\u00a0servings<\/p>\n<p>75 g Dulcey 32% chocolate, chopped<br \/>\n50 g marshmallow, cut in small pieces<br \/>\n30 g chocolate puffed rice (Choco Krispies)<\/p>\n<p>Line a square container (approx. 10 cm x 15 cm) with cling film. Melt the Dulcey blond chocolate in a bain-marie or in the micro wave oven at medium heat. Stir a couple of times while melting. In a bowl mix marshmallows and puffed rice. Add the chocolate, mix to combine and pour the mixture into the container. Press the mixture well together with the backside of a spoon. Cool down and leave to set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours &#8211; preferably over night.
