These cookies are SO delicious.\u00a0<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Cookies with oatmeal, hazelnuts and raisins<\/strong><br \/>\n15 cookies<\/p>\n<p>100 g butter, softened<br \/>\n150 g brown sugar<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\n115 g plain flour<br \/>\n35 g oatmeal<br \/>\n1\/2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n1\/4 tsp salt<br \/>\n75 g chopped hazelnuts<br \/>\n75 g raisins<\/p>\n<p><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1\"><span data-reactid=\".d.1.0.0.2.1.0.0.1.m\">In a bowl whisk butter and brown sugar together into a creamy consistency. Add the egg. Fold in flour, oatmeal, baking powder and salt. Finally add the hazelnuts and raisins to the cookie dough. Preheat the oven to 180 degrees Celsius. Form equal size balls of cookie dough and place on a baking tray lined with parchment paper. Make sure to leave space around the cookies for spreading.
