Kaj had 5 of them in one go and wouldn&#8217;t stop eating them. We enjoyed the pancakes with that <a href=\"http:\/\/anneauchocolat.dk\/en\/cakes\/fredagskage-bananmuffins-med-saltkaramel\/\">delicious salted carame<\/a>l.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Blueberry pancakes <\/strong><br \/>\n25 pancakes<\/p>\n<p>150 g plain flour<br \/>\n2 tsp baking powder<br \/>\n2 tbsp sugar<br \/>\n200 ml milk (2 dl)<br \/>\n1 egg<br \/>\nBlueberries<br \/>\nButter for the pan<\/p>\n<p>Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Whisk milk and egg well together in another bowl. Mix the content of the two bowls together and whisk well to combine. Fry the pancakes in butter in a frying pan.
