Enjoy them as they are or decorate them with milk chocolate.<\/em><\/p>\n<p><strong>Marzipan cookies with milk chocolate<\/strong><br \/>\n9 cookies<\/p>\n<p>65 g butter, softened<br \/>\n50 g sugar<br \/>\n40 g oatmeal<br \/>\n35 g plain flour<br \/>\n70 g marzipan, grated<\/p>\n<p>60 g milk chocolate, preferably Jivara 40% from Valrhona<br \/>\nChopped almonds, pistachios, cacao nibs, freezedried berries and rose petals for decorating<\/p>\n<p>Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and form 9 balls. Place them on a baking tray lined with parchment paper and make sure to make room for spreading while baking. Use your finger tips to flatten the cookie balls a bit. Bake in the oven at 180 degrees Celsius for 10-15 minute until nicely golden.
