A bitter-sweet sorbet with a great grape fruit flavor.
Grapefruit sorbet
2 servings
180 ml grapefruit juice, freshly squeezed
90 ml water
90 g sugar
In a casserolle bring water and sugar to the boil. When the sugar has dissolved completely, cool down the sugar syrup. The mix it with the grapefruit juice and put it in to the ice cream machine and churn.
