These homemade bounty bars with a twist of peanut butter and crunchy peanuts are so addictivly good. The perfect sweet and salty treat.
Peanut bounty bars

200 g sweetened condensed milk
130 g shredded coconut
130 g crunchy peanut butter
250 g good dark chocolate (maybe 200 g is enough, but I like a thick chocolate layer)
100 g salted peanuts, finely chopped
Mix condensed milk together with coconut and press it into a rectangle with 1 cm thickness on a piece of baking paper. Spread the peanut butter on top in an even layer. Put the coconut peanut rectangle in the freezer for 30 minutes. Melt (and temper, preferably) the chocolate and cut the coconut peanut rectangle into 18 equal-size bars. Coat them with chocolate and sprinkle with the finely chopped peanuts. Let the chocolate set and store the peanut bounty bars in the refrigerator until serving.
