Blueberry pancakes make a wonderful Sunday breakfast. Kaj had 5 of them in one go and wouldn’t stop eating them. We enjoyed the pancakes with that delicious salted caramel.
Blueberry pancakes
25 pancakes
150 g plain flour
2 tsp baking powder
2 tbsp sugar
200 ml milk (2 dl)
1 egg
Blueberries
Butter for the pan
Mix flour, baking powder and sugar in a bowl. Whisk milk and egg well together in another bowl. Mix the content of the two bowls together and whisk well to combine. Fry the pancakes in butter in a frying pan. Add blueberries just before flipping the pancakes.
