The homemade version of my favorite candy bar!
Bounty bars
25 bars
1 can sweetened condensed milk, 395 g
300 g shredded coconut
200 g dark chocolate, preferably Caraïbe 66% from Valrhona
In a bowl mix together condensed milk and coconut. Form small bars out of the coconut mixture and place them on a plate or in a container. Let them rest in the refrigerator for 1 hour. Coat them in melted chocolate.
