A wonderful fresh yet sweet pineapple sorbet wih toasted sesame seeds and shredded coconut. The definition of easy-peasy.
Pineapple sorbet
4 servings
300 g ripe pineapple, cut into small pieces
240 g sugar syrup (equal parts of sugar and water brought to boil until the sugar is dissolved and then cool down completely)
Blend together pineapple and sugar syrup for a smooth consistensy. Churn it to sorbet in the ice cream machine. Serve straight away with toasted sesame seeds and shredded coconut.
