This beautifully vanilla-dotted pear sorbet is so delicious and simple to make.
Vanilla-dotted pear sorbet
2-3 servings
450 g pear, (4 ripe pears)
60 g sugar
1/2 lemon, juice of
1 vanilla pod
Peal the pears, chop them and put them into a casserolle together with sugar, lemon juice and the vanilla pod + seeds. Let it simmer, until the pears are tender. Remove from the heat and blend it to a fine puree. Cool completely down and season with more lemon juice if you feel like it. Churn to sorbet in the ice cream machine.
