Homemade granola
200 g oatmeal
40 g sesame seeds
40 g flax seeds
1,5 tsp cinnamon
100 g almonds, chopped
200 g runny honey
50 g dried cranberries
70 g raisins
70 g dried figs, cuts into smaller pieces
Mix oatmeal, sesame seeds, flax seeds, cinnamon, almonds and honey on a baking tray lined with baking paper. Bake in the oven at 170 degrees for 25 minutes. Stir 2-3 times while baking. Cool completely and then mix in the dried fruits. Store in an airtight container.
