These healthy and wonderfully delicious bite-sized snacks are super simple to make.
Date snacks
10 balls
50 g dates
50 g almonds
1 tbsp cocoa powder
1 tbsp orange juice
1/4 tsp cloves powdered
1/4 tsp cinnamon
1 pinch of salt
10 g shredded coconut
Cacaonibs for rolling, shortly blended
In a food processor process the almonds until crumbly. Then add the dates, cocoa powder, orange juice, cinnamon, cloves, salt and coconut and process again until you get a sticky batter. Roll spoonsfulls of the batter between your hands to form bite-sized balls. Roll them in cacao nibs. Store in the refrigerator until serving.
