Crispy and chewy all at once. These Rocky Roads with Dulcey 32% blond chocolate from Valrhona, chocolate puffed rice and marshmallows are pure childhood joy.
Rocky Roads med Dulcey

75 g Dulcey 32% chocolate, chopped
50 g marshmallow, cut in small pieces
30 g chocolate puffed rice (Choco Krispies)
Line a square container (approx. 10 cm x 15 cm) with cling film. Melt the Dulcey blond chocolate in a bain-marie or in the micro wave oven at medium heat. Stir a couple of times while melting. In a bowl mix marshmallows and puffed rice. Add the chocolate, mix to combine and pour the mixture into the container. Press the mixture well together with the backside of a spoon. Cool down and leave to set in the refrigerator for a couple of hours – preferably over night. Cut out squares and enjoy straight from the refrigerator.
