Gluten-free and sugar-free super delicious waffle with a moist consistency and lots of sweet flavor from the ripe banana. The perfect breakfast!
Banana waffle with buckwheat flour
1 ripe banana, mashed
20 g buckwheat flour
1 tbsp poppyseeds
1/4 tsp cinnamon/cardemom/organic lemon peel
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and bake the waffle in the waffle iron. Serve hot with your favorite toppings of fruit, berries, yogurt and chocolate.
