Gluten-free buns with a perfect sweetness from the ripe banana and a beautiful touch of cinnamon. Crispy on the outside and wonderfully soft inside. Enjoy them freshly baked – and preferably with a spread of butter, chocolate or maybe a slice of cheese.
Gluten-free banana buns with almond flour
1 ripe banana
60 g almond flour (or finely blended almonds)
15 g HUSK
15 g mixed seeds, eg. sesame seeds, flax seeds and pumpkin seeds
1 tsk baking powder
15 g mixed
1/2 tsp cinnamon
1/4 tsp salt
In a bowl mash the banana and add the other ingredients. Stir well. Put the buns on a baking tray lined with baking paper and bake in the oven at 200 degrees Celsius for about 10-13 minutes until golden.
